S12:E01 - Episode 1
The 24 contestants enter the MasterChef kitchen and are greeted by legendary chef Gordon Ramsay.
S12:E02 - Episode 2
Divided into two teams, they will cook together to feed 120 diners, preparing a three-course meal. They must incorporate Black Garlic, Potatoes and Ginger in their dishes.
S12:E03 - Episode 3
It’s day three of Gordon Week and the winning team from yesterday’s service challenge are back to cook.
S12:E04 - Episode 4
Lynton, Sarah Clare and Callum delivered the best menu in yesterday’s team challenge and now have a chance to winimmunity from the first elimination.
S12:E05 - Episode 5
The contestants enter the MasterChef kitchen to see "Gordon's Gift" on their benches. Gordon Ramsey has left them the gift of time: a stopwatch with ninety minutes on it.
S12:E06 - Episode 6
Melissa divides everyone into three teams and the team captains emerge: Tracy heads up the purple team, Laura helms the yellow team, and Simon is captaining the orange team.

For round one, Jock has set three dishes; Scarlett Prawns with Boab, Chawanmushi and Ryeberry Crumpets with Sugar Bag Honey and Whipped Butter.
