Work your abs, upper body, and lower body simultaneously. Just keep in mind that doing ab exercises alone is not enough to show off your hard work. A variety of exercises that work all parts of the abs and core, along with plenty of cardio, and a healthy diet geared towards losing belly fat is what will keep you looking cut & carved!
S01:E03 - 34 Min Full Body Activation Workout
Total body activation for all fitness levels. Do this workout every other day for 4-6 weeks to see a major improvement. Use of a weighted bar or chair for better balance is optional.
