Every fall, Banff fills with elk. It’s a spectacular sight, but they’ve injured a number of people. Tess and Blue are border collies who herd the elk back into the wilds.

Rowdy is the lead star of the hit TV show 100 Deeds for Eddie McDowd. This mutt is very good at acting as if he can talk, a skill that keeps him employed.
WIZARD: RESTAURANT DOG (Cape Town, South Africa)
Wizard, a golden retriever, works as a waiter and a service dog for restaurant-owner Heidi Vilma, who’s been in a wheelchair since a car accident. Wizard has become a celebrity and now people come in for a meal just to meet him.
RIO: BASEBALL DOG (San Francisco)
Rio, a Portuguese water dog, is the captain of BARK: Baseball Aquatic Retriever Korps. He and the other dogs retrieve balls batted into the Bay at San Francisco Giants games.

TOMBRE: SPECIAL COMPANION (Portland, Oregon)
Tombre helps Tom, a physically and mentally disabled young man, come out of his shell. Tom's family can't heap enough praise on this lab-retriever who’s changed all of their lives.
ROSA: FRISBEE DOG (Japan)
Rosa is a seven-year-old Japanese Labrador and a pro Frisbee player. Her athletic ability takes her all the way from Tokyo to Syracuse, New York, for the canine Frisbee championships.
GABE: CAMP COUNSELOR (Fraser Canyon, British Columbia)
Gabe is a golden retriever who works at Camp Ruffin' It. He welcomes new campers, participates in workshops on first aid, arts and crafts , and he loves to supervise lake swimming.

An Akita with a history of biting, Nana has to learn obedience and agility –and do it fast, if she wants to stay with her family in Tokyo.

KIYOSHI: DOUBLE-DUTY DOG (Utah)
This Akita has two important jobs. At the local hospital, his gentle presence calms and distracts troubled patients and their families. At the nearby elementary school, Kiyoshi listens to kids who have problems reading. His attention builds their confidence.
BRIX: POLICE DOG (Niagara Falls, Ontario)

BIGGLES: LEADER OF THE PACK (England)
Biggles is the leader of a pack of bloodhounds. Biggles and company follow their noses in a popular new kind of hunt through the English countryside.
KODAK: DAREDEVIL (Wisconsin)
A German shepherd called Kodak trains to make the daring leap across a chasm in the Wisconsin Dells where dogs have been entertaining tourists for generations.
S02:E13 - Episode 26
JOHNNY AND THE SLED DOGS (Wyoming)
Johnny heads up a team of huskies in one of the most difficult races in the world: a grueling 500-mile race through the mountains of Wyoming. Rachel, who’s driving the dogs, is the race’s youngest competitor at only 15.
BOZO: ASSISTANCE DOG (Montreal)
Bozo is a Labernois a new cross-breed between a Lab and a Bouvier Bernois. His owner Chantal Jutras is in a wheelchair due to a muscular disease. Bozo works with Chantal night and day and even helps her do her job at the bank.
FLIP-FLOP SURFER (UK)
Flip-Flop is a four-year-old mutt who gets suited up to brave the cold British seas with his owner David Samuel.
