The teams replicate a four-tiered seafood platter.

The remaining chefs must face off in a game of chance to divvy up their ingredients and create their own unique dishes.

The chefs are challenged to work in pairs and cook different types of fish on cedar and hickory wood planks.
S17:E06 - A Little Slice of Hell
The chefs are given thirty minutes to create a pizza inspired by an assigned country.

S17:E11 - Trying to Pasta Test
The all-stars are given $20 to buy ingredients for restaurant-quality pasta dishes.
S17:E12 - Five Is the New Black
The all-stars face three difficult challenges for the coveted black jacket.
S17:E13 - Stars Heating Up Hell
The chefs must instruct athletes Candace Parker, Jordyn Wieber, Ricky Williams, Shawne Merriman and Reggie Miller to make their signature dishes using only verbal instructions.
S17:E14 - Families Come to Hell
Families of the four remaining chefs visit and anonymously vote on the chefs' dishes.
S17:E15 - Final Three; All-Star Finale
The three finalists must cook and perfect their menus.
S17:E16 - All-Star Finale
The final two chefs face off in a dinner service to find out who will be the head chef at Gordon Ramsay "Hell's Kitchen" Restaurant.
