Made Over By is a brand new makeover series that challenges three groups of the UK’s snappiest amateur dressers to rescue one woman’s wayward wardrobe. Meet 35-year-old mum of four housewife Holly from Yorkshire – a woman with a wardrobe in desperate need of an overhaul. Holly’s lost her confidence after having kids and now she’s clueless about what to wear so hides behind baggy clothes. Battling it out to give Holly the perfect makeover are three groups of friends from Essex, Manchester, and London. None of them have any styling experience. Childcare worker Chloe and estate agent Kirstie from Essex have a fashion philosophy and it’s all about more is more. It’s a whole new world for Holly full of frou frou dresses, glitter, fluffy shoes, tanning and hair extensions. London ladies hair consultant Sheldeen, singer Elaine and art student Monzie dress for impact and their style means bold choices like eye catching teddy bear earrings and Lego jewellery. What will mum of four Holly make of these fearless dressers as she gets up close and personal with latex and Lego? Manchester club promoter Ben and his wingmen twins’ - events promoters Chris and Craig show Holly how to dress their way – cool and hip. The guys may be sharp dressers but styling a woman is alien territory for them. The competing teams get to watch footage of their rivals to see what they are up against. The show climaxes with Holly restyling herself and revealing her new fabulous self to all the style tribes. Which style tribe will she ultimately choose to be made over by…?

Busy working mum of one Roxi, an accountant from High Wycombe, is still wearing clothes she has had since she was 12-years-old. She doesn’t have the confidence to choose clothes and needs help to bring her wardrobe up to date. Battling it out to give Roxi the perfect makeover are three groups of friends from Essex, Cardiff and Newcastle. In Essex, best friends - childcare worker Chloe and estate agent Kirstie have a makeover in mind and it’s all about glitz, glitter and glamour. Chloe has turned her garage into a fully-functioning tanning and beauty grotto so Roxi’s transformation to honorary Essex girl starts with a tan. Cosmetic doctor Femi, Facilities Manager Roderick and marketing guru Fabian have been best friends since they were kids. Now known the Newcastle City Gents, they have never styled a woman but that doesn’t faze these sharp-dressing guys. Representing Cardiff in the style stakes are photographer Sophie and hairdresser Casey. Casey is so mad about fashion he has tattoos of his biggest fashion idols on his legs – Anna Wintour and Karl Lagerfeld. To transform Roxi the pair introduce her to a designer Oxfam store and some stomach-flattening underwear. The competing teams get to watch footage of their rivals to see what they are up against. The show climaxes with Roxi restyling herself in a dressing room of dreams where fashion guru, Gok Wan, makes a surprise visit. Roxi then reveals her new fabulous self to all the style tribes, but who will she ultimately choose to be made over by…?

Nicole is a 19-year-old local council worker and a self-confessed gamer geek who only owns one pair of jeans. She’s low on body confidence and hates shopping. Hoping to win the battle to restyle Nicole are the Newcastle City Gents, Glasgow Girls and Shoreditch Shoppers. In Glasgow self-confessed shopaholics, Events PR company owners Sheri and Claire and product development manager Amanda try to introduce Nicole to an explosion of colour, with a radical plan for her hair. The second makeover is in Newcastle with childhood best friends Femi, Roderick and Fabian who call themselves “Newcastle City Gents”. These sharp dressing men are horrified to learn that Nicole only owns one pair of jeans and are determined to find her a new classic look. The final make over is instigated by plus size friends Customer Services Manager Lottie and Account Trainer Kathryn, who bonded by a love of shopping in Shoreditch. Now they want to show Nicole that body love and confidence can make any outfit look good. The competing teams get to watch footage of their rivals to see what they are up against. The show climaxes with Nicole restyling herself and revealing her new fabulous self to all the style tribes. Fashion guru Gok Wan makes a surprise visit to find out who Nicole will ultimately choose to be made over by…
