The surviving teams enter MY KITCHEN RULES’ Kitchen Headquarters for the first time tonight.
Thrown straight into a challenge, the teams are tasked with catering for an inner city apartment block’s annual warehouse party.
They’ll be cooking fresh summer party food for 50 people from the residents’ kitchens, which are some of the smallest in Australia.
The team with the best dish as voted by the residents will be the People’s Choice and safe from the next elimination.
The weakest team, as chosen by the judges, will head straight to the first Sudden Death Cook-Off.
S04:E20 - Episode 20
Herbs are on the menu tonight in the first rapid cook-off of the MY KITCHEN RULES competition.
One team has already won the People’s Choice award, earning them safety from elimination; while the weakest team has been condemned to the first sudden death cook-off.
Tonight, the remaining teams must cook at Kitchen Headquarters for the first time where the judges have a few tricks up their sleeve.

The pressure is mounting as two teams battle for survival.
With the arrival of the MKR guest judges – Colin Fassnidge, Guy Grossi, Karen Martini and Liz Egan – getting it right will be even tougher. Especially as all guest judges will be tasting the meals in blind tastings for the first time in the competition.

It’s market madness for the remaining teams on MY KITCHEN RULES tonight.
The teams will open food stalls at the extremely busy Sydney Markets, which sees more than 40,000 visitors on the weekend.
Those who make the most money selling their market food will be voted the People’s Choice and be safe from the next elimination.
And in an extra twist, today’s People’s Choice winners also receive a special surprise reward.

Teams will have to cook healthy kid-friendly food for 200 children who arrive hungry after a long day walking around the zoo.
The best dish as voted by the kids will win the Children’s Choice award and be safe from the next elimination.

S04:E26 - Episode 26
In a MY KITCHEN RULES first, teams will join forces tonight to create a four-course meal during the rapid cook-off.
And teamwork will be imperative, with all four teams from the losing group going into the showdown.

The viewing public will decide what is being cooked in the MY KITCHEN RULES kitchens tonight.
Social media voting has decided the four ingredients on offer in the Rapid Cook-off. But the teams must decide among themselves who gets which ingredients.
The bottom four teams will move into the Showdown, where they will have the opportunity to cook with their own favourite ingredient to impress the judges and avoid the Sudden Death Cook-off.

It’s one last shot at the title in this two-hour special episode – but they’ll really need to earn their place when they are thrown into a real working kitchen cooking for real paying customers.
There’ll be blood, sweat and tears as teams are mentored under the watchful eye of chef and MKR guest judge Colin Fassnidge, who will be dishing out big serves of tough love as each team prepares a two-course meal in the kitchen of his restaurant, 4 Fourteen.
Judges Manu Feildel and Pete Evans will judge every meal which comes out of the kitchen. But this time around, they’ll be doing blind tastings to decide who is the weakest team on the day.
At the end of it all, one team will be left standing – and that team will win a spot in the MKR finals. With nothing to lose, this will be some of the most explosive cooking MKR has ever seen.
S04:E35 - Episode 35
The MY KITCHEN RULES teams embark on an adventure tonight, trekking to Western Australia to work with some of the freshest ingredients on offer.
Their first port of call is Broome and the spectacular Cable Beach. Here teams must fish and catch as much seafood as possible to gain the advantage. The team which catches the heaviest load will have the first choice of ingredients to cook with as they prepare dinner over open fires for 40 tourists on spectacular Cable Beach.
The team with the highest score will win the People’s Choice award and be safe from the next elimination.

The MY KITCHEN RULES teams continue their west coast travels tonight, making their way south to the famed Margaret River region.
Arriving at a beautiful winery, they are tasked with cooking for 100 farmers celebrating the WA Farmers Association 100th anniversary in just 100 minutes.
And the catch – they’ll pick their produce straight from the garden!

Tonight on MKR, teams are shocked to see the return of one previously eliminated team – the winner from comeback kitchen.
The five teams must create an Amuse Bouche – an elaborate bite-sized creation showcasing all the ability and craftsmanship of their team.
The bottom two teams will battle it out in a final cook-off for the last place in the final four.

Tonight on MKR, the teams must cook their ultimate three-course meal.
With blind tastings from the guests judges, the scores will become very important as the finals heat up.

Two teams go head to head in the MY KITCHEN RULES grand final tonight.
In the ultimate test, they must prepare a five-course meal for a full restaurant. With 100 plates to serve per team, the pressure is on.
Judges PETE EVANS and MANU FEILDEL will watch the teams in action, while guest judges GUY GROSSI, COLIN FASSNIDGE, LIZ EGAN and KAREN MARTINI will each blind taste each dish. At the end, all judges will give a score out of 10 to determine this year’s winner.
