The competition ramps up with all teams back in the game tonight on MY KITCHEN RULES. Now that our 12 teams have cooked at their instant restaurants and one team has been eliminated, they're about to be taken completely out of their comfort zone. The teams set off on an adventure of a lifetime with challenges in amazing Australian locations. Partnerships are tested and tempers ignite as the contestants hurtle towards the grand final. First stop is the scenic Blue Mountains, west of Sydney, for a bed and breakfast challenge. Teams will be cooking for the people who know breakfast better than anyone – the B&B owners and their guests. The guests will vote on their favourite team. The team to receive the most votes will be the People's Choice and be safe from the next elimination. The weakest team – as chosen by the judges – will head straight to a Sudden Death Cook-off where they will face elimination. It's a struggle in unfamiliar territory. And it‟s no holds barred in a dash to win the People's Choice.

The pair are “just friends” who insist there are no sparks between them. They share a volatile relationship so will there be fireworks when they enter the kitchen? The lowest scoring group normally faces elimination. But Pete and Manu announce a giant twist the teams don't see coming and one that will turn the game on its head.

Tonight, we head to Perth to see engaged scientists EMMA & ANDREW host their instant restaurant. Will they have the right formula to win? In a hilarious episode, Andrew's clumsiness threatens to get the better of them as they spend more time tending to his wounds than their menu. S03:E09 - Episode 9
With four more instant restaurants to go, the pressure's on to stay out of the bottom three and avoid the danger zone. Previously on MY KITCHEN RULES, potential in-laws Sam and Jillian from NSW kicked off group two's round with a quirky menu. Next it was engaged scientists Emma and Andrew's turn to put WA on the plate. Tonight, it's childhood mates NIC & ROCCO's turn to put on the ritz with their casino-theme restaurant. The Italian stallions from South Australia are going all out but will their gamble pay off?
S03:E10 - Episode 10
Three teams from group two have already been put to the test - NSW, WA, and the boys from South Australia. Now it's engaged sales reps MEGAN & ANDY's chance to show Australia what they're made of. But will the stress of the kitchen get to the couple and undermine their efforts?

It’s the dinner everyone has been waiting for as Queensland’s PETER & GARY take to the kitchen tonight on MY KITCHEN RULES. Every team has felt the sting of their biting critiques. Now it's time for the super critical pair to put their money where their mouth is. But will they deliver? With one team already condemned to the danger zone, can Peter and Gary do enough to stay out of the bottom three?
S03:E12 - Episode 12
The two groups are reunited for a massive surprise announcement as the fight for survival gets personal tonight on MY KITCHEN RULES. The competition began when 12 teams came together at Kitchen Headquarters. Two groups were formed. Group 1 battled it out and, at the end of their round, the bottom three teams found themselves in the danger zone. Group 2 then entered the arena, all battling to stay out of the bottom three. Tonight, it's Victoria's turn to cook. Will competitive sisters Carly & EMILY do enough to stay out of the bottom three? At the end of the night, the two groups are re-united as hosts PETE EVANS and MANU FEILDEL drop a bombshell no one sees coming.
S03:E13 - Episode 13
The battle lines are drawn tonight as the elimination round begins on MY KITCHEN RULES. Last episode, Pete and Manu dropped a bombshell when they announced the six lowest-scoring teams would be going around the country one more time. These teams failed to deliver at their first instant restaurant so how will they go the second time around? This time it's do or die. After they've all cooked again, the weakest team will be eliminated. First up, it's Thomas and Carla's chance to redeem themselves after their first instant restaurant earned them the lowest score in MKR history. Will the Victorian friends learn from their mistakes? Or could a shock discovery in someone's food spell the end for them?
S03:E14 - Episode 14
The Kiwis have a point to prove tonight on MY KITCHEN RULES. Simon & Meg are still reeling from their first instant restaurant experience. The Auckland duo were left with egg on their faces after they failed to prove New Zealanders make the best pavlovas. With national pride on the line, they're desperate to make amends. But will they make the most of their second chance?
S03:E15 - Episode 15
The pressure to avoid last place in the elimination round reaches fever pitch tonight on MY KITCHEN RULES. Two teams have had a second chance to impress the judges. Now it's back to Tasmania, where engaged sales reps Megan and Andy are keen to improve on their first instant restaurant performance. Time management was an issue with their main and their nerves got to them by dessert and they left out key ingredients. They're determined to redeem themselves but will history repeat itself? The knives are out as no one wants to be eliminated first.

With the threat of elimination looming, one team makes a shock power play tonight on MY KITCHEN RULES. Three teams have cooked in this elimination round so far - Victoria, New Zealand and Tasmania. Tonight, it's back to WA where scientists Emma & Andrew attempt to create a winning formula. Last time they tried to dazzle with their science based instant restaurant. Where they failed was with their balance of flavours. Will they learn from their mistakes tonight and create a taste explosion? And with the threat of elimination biting at their heels, one team takes the game to a whole different level.
S03:E17 - Episode 17
It’s the penultimate instant restaurant of the elimination round tonight on MY KITCHEN RULES. And, with only two teams left to cook, the pressure is high. Tonight it's David and Scott's turn to plate up again. At their last instant restaurant, the Queensland soldiers didn't live up to their full potential. After a disappointing start to the competition, the boys are ready to redeem themselves and come out guns blazing. With an explosive Thai-inspired menu, things certainly get off to a spicy start. But will everyone be able to handle the heat? Thresholds are tested. And Thomas stirs the pot with a shocking proposition. With elimination from the competition at stake, Thomas suggests a covert proposal to one team to keep them safe. Will they take the bait?
S03:E18 - Episode 18
Stress levels are sky high as one team will be eliminated at the end of tonight’s instant restaurant on MY KITCHEN RULES. The competition began when 12 teams opened their doors to cook and critique each other's meals. Two groups battled it out. At the end of it all, the bottom six teams found themselves in the danger zone. And so began the elimination round. In a cut throat strategic war, playing dirty was fair game. Tonight, it's back to the Gold Coast to see doctor and lawyer Peter & Gary serve up the last supper. At their last instant restaurant their take on French cuisine started out really well. But when it came to main – the night spiralled out of control. The boys' time management was completely blown. Will it be their undoing again? Their score will determine which team will be the first eliminated from the competition. It's a bitter fight for survival. Who will be the first team to go home?

It’s the first elimination at Kitchen Headquarters tonight on MY KITCHEN RULES. The pressure is mounting as two teams battle for survival. With the arrival of the MKR guest judges – Guy Grossi, Karen Martini, Tobie Puttock and Liz Egan – getting it right will be even tougher. At the end of a frantic three courses, one team will be eliminated. Who will be going home?
S03:E22 - Episode 22
The teams set off to Victoria to make lunch on the run tonight MY KITCHEN RULES. The challenge for the remaining teams is to create a "pop-up food stall" to feed the Melbourne lunch crowd. Armed with their food and a table, the teams will peddle their cargo bikes through the city and set up their stall. As they're serving a lunch time crowd, teams must use their ingenuity to create meals that are not only tasty but quick and easy to eat. But feeding the masses will push them to their limit. Tensions ignite causing friction in the kitchen. Who will be the People's Choice and be safe from elimination? And who will be sent to the next Sudden Death Cook Off?
S03:E23 - Episode 23
Teams scramble to avoid heading to elimination tonight on MY KITCHEN RULES. Previously on My Kitchen Rules, our teams took to the streets of Melbourne to feed the masses. One team won People's Choice, earning them safety from elimination, while the weakest team was sent to the Sudden Death Cook Off. Tonight, the remaining teams must cook at Kitchen Headquarters to decide who will join that team in the next elimination. Relationships are tested when the judges reveal a few surprise twists. Who will rise to the challenge? And who will crash and burn? The team with the least impressive dish will go to the Sudden Death Cook Off.

Enemies collide as the competition’s biggest rivals face off tonight on MY KITCHEN RULES. These sudden death rivals have history and their fight is personal. Tonight the score will be settled by the judges table as they face off in the ultimate Sudden Death Cook Off. Who will be the last team standing? And who will go home?
S03:E25 - Episode 25
The teams head to Tropical North Queensland for their wildest ride yet tonight on MY KITCHEN RULES. Tonight, the remaining teams find themselves in Ingham, a small quintessential sugar cane town. Their challenge is to create sweet treats for the town's annual Harvest Festival using an ingredient the locals know best…sugar! The locals will vote for their favourite sweet treat. The team with the most votes will be awarded People's Choice and be safe at the next elimination. And tonight, it's not just safety up for grabs. The winners will also receive a very special surprise reward. The pressure in paradise cranks into overdrive. Who will adapt? And who will melt under the intense tropical heat? In the race towards the final phase of the competition…only the best will survive. Judges Pete Evans and Manu Feildel will determine the weakest team, who will be sent straight to the next Sudden Death Cook Off.
S03:E26 - Episode 26
Competitive streaks are unleashed in a race through the Queensland tropics tonight on MY KITCHEN RULES. The teams are in for a shock when they're told they will be shopping for the ingredients at quintessential roadside stalls and local markets. The judges have another surprise in store when they reveal their mode of transport. In a race to find the best produce, it's win at all costs. After racing for their ingredients, teams have to cook on makeshift camp kitchens. Their guests tonight are people who know camp cooking better than anyone. When cooking in the great outdoors for camp connoisseurs, teams will discover it's adapt or die. It's tropical warfare in camp kitchens as teams fight to stay out of the next sudden death.
S03:E27 - Episode 27
It’s the last chance of survival for two teams tonight on MY KITCHEN RULES. It's a sudden death cook off, tropical style. The heat is on as the temperatures rise in kitchen. At the end of it all, one team will be going home.
S03:E28 - Episode 28
With only eight teams remaining, the competition steps up another notch tonight on MY KITCHEN RULES. Everyone is back in Kitchen HQ. The challenge tonight is to prepare a seafood banquet fit for kings. Tonight their guests are the most important people they will ever cook for - surprise VIP's. It's full steam ahead as they prepare their biggest feast yet. In an episode loaded with twists and turns the teams are shocked beyond belief. The team with the weakest dish will be sent straight to the next Sudden Death Cook Off.

It’s a night of surprise tests and temptations tonight on MY KITCHEN RULES. First up teams have to cook with their most difficult ingredients yet and then the tables are turned. Teams strive for perfection to stay safe from the next sudden death cook off. One team has already been condemned to the elimination cook off. Who will join them?
S03:E30 - Episode 30
It’s the last chance of survival for two teams tonight on MY KITCHEN RULES. National pride is on the line as two teams go head to head in the sudden death cook-off. It's neck and neck in the closest battle so far. After a nail bitingly close contest, one team will be eliminated.
S03:E31 - Episode 31
The seven remaining teams will battle it out in an all-in cook-off tonight on MY KITCHEN RULES. In a shock revelation, the judges announce that one team will be eliminated from the competition every night until only four teams remain. In another surprise twist, the teams will face their harshest critics yet with the shock arrival of a jury. The teams are left dumbfounded when they see who's coming to dinner. The jury will determine one of the weakest teams while Pete and Manu will decide the other. No one is safe as the jury delivers its verdict. The two weakest teams will head straight to a sudden death cook-off. Teams must strive for perfection to plate up their best dish and avoid elimination. Who will go home tonight? Teams buckle down as the competition soars to a new level.
S03:E32 - Episode 32
Six teams are still left standing but one will be eliminated tonight on MY KITCHEN RULES. The six remaining teams will battle it out in an all-in cook-off. The jury have their knives out again and together with the judges will determine tonight's lowest scoring teams. The two teams with the weakest dishes will then fight for their survival in an elimination cook off… at the end of it all one team will go home. The competition continues to heat up as the remaining teams storm towards finals week.

It’s the last stop before the finals to decide the top 4 teams tonight on MY KITCHEN RULES. The five remaining teams will battle it out in an all-in cook-off. It's their last chance to secure a place in the finals. The judges and jury will determine the two weakest teams who will move straight into a sudden death cook-off. Who will buckle under the heat and go home? And which teams will make up the final fantastic four?
S03:E34 - Episode 34
The final four teams go to head to head in an all-in cook-off tonight on MY KITCHEN RULES. This last challenge, before finals weeks, will determine who will face off against each other in the all-important semi-finals. It's an opportunity for all to teams to showcase their skills and techniques with some outstanding results.

The first team through to the grand final will be decided tonight on MY KITCHEN RULES. It's the first round of the all-important semi-finals. The two teams must cook their best three course meal for judges PETE EVANS and MANU FEILDEL and guest judges GUY GROSSI, TOBIE PUTTOCK, LIZ EGAN and KAREN MARTINI. One team will reign supreme and go straight to the grand final. With $250,000 prize money at stake, it's a do or die battle to the very end.

Who will be the second team through to the MY KITCHEN RULES grand final? One team has already earned their place in the all-important grand final. Tonight their competitor will be decided. Two teams will cook their best three course meal for judges PETE EVANS and MANU FEILDEL and guest judges GUY GROSSI, TOBIE PUTTOCK, LIZ EGAN and KAREN MARTINI. One team will be eliminated. The other team will head straight to the grand final. With $250,000 in prize money, it's a battle to the very end.

Two teams go head to head in the MY KITCHEN RULES grand final tonight. In the ultimate test, they must prepare a five course meal for judges PETE EVANS and MANU FEILDEL and guest judges GUY GROSSI, TOBIE PUTTOCK, LIZ EGAN and KAREN MARTINI. Who will be crowned MY KITCHEN RULES 2012 champions and walk away with the $250,000 cash prize?
