Our cooking teams each take turns to transform an ordinary home into an instant restaurant for one pressure-cooker night. They‟ll serve up a three-course menu designed to impress not only their fellow contestants but also judges, PETE EVANS & MANU FIELDEL. Tonight, we travel to Victoria to see housemates KANE & LEE devise and prepare their own three-course menu. But if anything can go wrong it will go wrong for the Melbourne mates as their ambitious Asian-inspired dishes fail to hit the mark with both guests and judges.

S02:E01 - Episode 1
It's state versus state, plate against plate, as 12 teams-of-two from NSW, Victoria, Western Australia, South Australia, Queensland and, for the first time, Tasmania all come together for the very first time. Contestants are divided into two groups of six teams per group (one state team represented per group) for Round 1 of the competition. ROUND 1 (with group1) begins. Our cooking teams each take turns to transform an ordinary home into an instant restaurant for one pressure-cooker night. They‟ll serve up a three-course menu designed to impress not only their fellow contestants but our esteemed judges, PETE EVANS and MANU FEILDEL. At the end of each evening all teams and the judges will score the meal out of 10. Once all teams have cooked the lowest scoring team will face elimination. Tonight, it is Queensland‟s turn as butchers and good mates ARTIE & JOHNNY devise and prepare their own three-course menu. There will be thrills and spills as they battle the clock and their nerves to plate up on time. Let the flames begin!

Tonight we travel to South Australia to see used car dealers DONNA & READE devise and prepare their own three-course meal. However the menu gets completely upstaged by READE'S charming musical performance which leaves the guests amazed. Watch out Kesha, we may have a new My Kitchen Rules theme song!

S02:E06 - Episode 6

They'll serve up a three-course menu designed to impress not only their fellow contestants but judges, PETE EVANS and MANU FEILDEL. Tonight, we venture to West Australia to see the gregarious Italian cousins DANIELA & STEFANIA devise and prepare their Italian inspired three-course menu. Their home-style cooking has surprises in store for everyone. This is the last dinner of group1 – at the end of this episode, in a surprise reveal, teams are informed that the lowest scoring team from group1 will not be eliminated but rather will have to cook-off against the lowest scoring team from group 2 – who's round is about to begin.
S02:E07 - Episode 7
Group one have shown what they can do in the kitchen, now its group two’s turn. The knives are out as Australia’s best home-cooks battle it out on MY KITCHEN RULES. It's state versus state, plate against plate, as Round 2 begins with the 2nd group of 6 teams-of-two from NSW, Victoria, Western Australia, South Australia, Queensland and Tasmania attempt to out-dine and out-wine each other to see whose kitchen rules. Our cooking teams each take turns to transform an ordinary home into an instant restaurant for one pressure-cooker night. They'll serve up a three-course menu designed to impress not only their fellow contestants but our esteemed judges, PETE EVANS and MANU FEILDEL. Tonight, we venture to Queensland to see laid-back urban hippies MAL & BEC serve up the first three-course meal of group 2. There will be thrills and spills as the couple battle the clock and their nerves to plate up on time.

S02:E11 - Episode 11

Tonight, we venture to South Australia to see newlyweds ANN-MARIE & NICK devise and prepare their seafood inspired three-course menu. Will their new relationship be put to the test in a high pressure situation?
S02:E12 - Episode 12
Tonight, we head to our final instant restaurant in West Australia to see the critical mother and daughter duo KERRY & HOLLY prepare their five-star three-course menu. All other teams expect the best from this well-travelled cooking team – but things are not always as they seem. Once the meal is over all teams return to Kitchen Headquarters to find out who the lowest scoring team from group2 will be. Then, a signature dish cook-off between the lowest scoring teams from group1 and Group2 will decide the first team to be eliminated from the competition. Who will impress the judges? Who will go home?
S02:E13 - Episode 13
The next phase of the competition begins! Teams have all cooked in their own homes but today they are told they will be cooking in other people‟s homes and for an entire street (80 people) for their annual street party. The brief is big, summer, Australian. They will cook in the homes of people in the street. Half the teams must cook savory, the other sweet. The team with the best dish, voted by the people of the street, will win the PEOPLE’S CHOICE and be safe for the week. The weakest team, chosen by the judges, will head straight to the next SUDDEN DEATH COOK-OFF (elimination episode).
S02:E14 - Episode 14
All teams compete to create the ultimate meat & 3 veg meal. After only 15 minutes of cooking though, the judges call STOP! The judges tell the teams to turn the meal on its head – turn it into a Pie! Teams reformulate their meals and start cooking their Pie. Not only have teams had to deal with changing their dish they also have to complete the meal in only 1 hour – giving the teams 15 minutes less than they previously imagined. The weakest team goes to tomorrow's SUDDEN DEATH COOK-OFF (elimination episode).
S02:E15 - Episode 15
The weakest team from Episode 13 cooks off against the weakest team from Episode 14. They must cook their best three course meal for Pete and Manu and 4 guest judges. Guest judges introduced for the first time: Tobie Puttock, Liz Egan, Karen Martini, Guy Grossi. One team is eliminated.
S02:E16 - Episode 16
Teams are told they are to cook breakfast for the time poor cast and crew of 'Home & Away'. They cook in the back-lot of Channel Seven Studios. They have 1:30 in cooking time. At the end of time they are to have created 20 servings of their chosen breakfast. The team with the best dish, voted by the cast and crew of Home and Away, will win the PEOPLE’S CHOICE and be safe for the week. The weakest team, chosen by the judges, will head straight to the next SUDDEN DEATH COOK-OFF (elimination episode).
S02:E17 - Episode 17
Made up of two parts, “rapid cook off” and “the showdown”. In the RAPID COOK off teams have to create a gourmet sandwich – but just before time starts, they are told only one person can cook. The four teams with the poorest sandwich were challenged to take the same ingredients used in their sandwich and turn them into a soup (for THE SHOWDOWN). The weakest team goes to tomorrow's SUDDEN DEATH COOK-OFF (elimination episode)
S02:E18 - Episode 18
The weakest team from Episode 16 cooks off against the weakest team, from Episode 17. They must cook their best three course meal for Pete and Manu and guest judges. One team is eliminated.
S02:E19 - Episode 19
Teams are challenged to set up food stalls and cater for up to 1000 children and parents at the "Sydney Children's Festival‟. The team with the best dish, voted by the people, will win the PEOPLE’S CHOICE and be safe for the week. The weakest team, chosen by the judges, will head straight to the next SUDDEN DEATH COOK-OFF (elimination episode).
S02:E20 - Episode 20
In the Rapid Cook-Off, teams are told they will be cooking pasta & sauce in 30 minutes. In this time they must make their own sauce (from scratch) AND pasta. Just before the clock starts, the teams are delivered a twist – “only one person from each team can cook” (and not the same person that cooked last week). The four weakest teams must then use the main ingredients of pasts, flour and eggs, to create a dessert for “the showdown.” The weakest team goes to tomorrow's SUDDEN DEATH COOK-OFF (elimination episode).
S02:E21 - Episode 21
The weakest team from Episode 19 cooks off against the weakest team, from Episode 20. They must cook their best three course meal for Pete and Manu and guest judges. One team is eliminated.
S02:E22 - Episode 22
Teams must make a picnic basket full of food for the hungry hordes at the crave food festival on Goat Island in Sydney Harbour. The team with the best dish, voted by the people, will win the PEOPLE’S CHOICE and be safe for the week. The weakest team, chosen by the judges, will head straight to the next SUDDEN DEATH COOK-OFF (elimination episode).
S02:E23 - Episode 23
In this rapid cook-off teams were challenged to cook canapés. 1 plate of 6 canapés. They had 30 minutes to do so. They were told they will both be cooking as teams today……. But…… they won't be cooking at the same time. The non-cooking team member will be waiting "back-of-house" and will not be able to see what is happening for the first 15 minutes. After 15 minutes the team mates swap and the original cook goes BOH. The bottom 4 were challenged in the Showdown to create the "Perfect flavour pairing‟. E.g. Pork and apples, lamb and mint, etc. The weakest team goes to tomorrow's SUDDEN DEATH COOK-OFF (elimination episode).
S02:E24 - Episode 24
The weakest team from Episode 22 cooks off against the weakest team, from Episode 23. They must cook their best three course meal for Pete and Manu and guest judges. One team is eliminated.
S02:E25 - Episode 25
7 teams arrive in Alice springs to compete in the first of 3 NT challenges. The teams arrived in the red centre, the middle of a cattle station. Their challenge was to cook "back-to-basics" style – over fires, with no any electrical appliances or running water. Their first test was to cook a pioneers classic – a damper. Teams had 1 hour to cook their damper and accompaniment. The winning team (determined by judges only) is safe for the week. The remaining teams cooked that night for local farmers, two entrée, two main and two dessert. The winner, decided by the people, is safe for the week. The weakest team, decided by the judges, goes to the next SUDDEN DEATH COOK-OFF (elimination episode).
S02:E26 - Episode 26
The 2nd episode of the NT adventure. This episode starts with teams boarding the Ghan in Alice Springs. On the way to Darwin, teams must cook main and dessert, in cramped kitchens, for guests on the Ghan. The weakest team, decided by the judges, goes to the next SUDDEN DEATH COOK-OFF (elimination episode).
S02:E27 - Episode 27
This was meant to be a SUDDEN DEATH COOK-OFF between the weakest team from Ep 25 and 26. However, due to health reasons, Kelly and Ash – VIC high achievers had to withdraw from the competition. So, all teams cook off to gain safety from the next elimination. They cook for Pete and Manu and guest judges. The brief was for Entrée to cook with Mud crab, Main teams to cook with Barramundi and Dessert teams to cook with Tropical fruit.
S02:E28 - Episode 28
Teams are tested to create a Chinese banquet for some of Chinatown's top restaurateurs. They are cooking in one of the biggest Chinese restaurants in Australia – East Ocean. Unlike other Show A's there is NO people's choice and NO team is sent to the SHOW C sudden death, BUT… In this 90minute special the bottom two teams are told they are going into a sudden death cook-off right now and… One team is eliminated in this episode.
S02:E29 - Episode 29
For the Final Rapid Cook-off teams have 30 minutes to create an international dish using a quintessential Australian ingredient – the prawn. The weakest team from today’s Rapid Cook-off is sent straight to the Sudden Death Cook-off (elimination episode). The remaining teams cook off in the showdown. Whatever country's cuisine they chose for the prawn dish, they must use this as inspiration for their next dish in the Showdown. The weakest team from the Showdown goes in the Sudden Death Cook-off as well.
S02:E30 - Episode 30
With the last spot in the My Kitchen Rules semi-finals on the line, two teams face off in a sudden death cook-off at Kitchen HQ. Tempers reach boiling point as two of our most volatile teams pull out all stops in a frantic three course dash to the finish line. Teams will be scored on their three courses by series judges PETE EVANS, MANU FEILDEL, and guest chefs KAREN MARTINI, GUY GROSSI, TOBY PUTTOCK and LIZ EGAN.
S02:E31 - Episode 31
It's semi-final 1 and as the Grand Final looms friendships are put to the test at Kitchen HQ. It's the Polish sisters vs the Italian cousins in a youth vs experience battle. Tonight our teams save their best for last, creating some of the most memorable food in the competition so far. In the end we bid adieu to a much loved couple following one of the closet cook-offs My Kitchen Rules has ever seen. Teams will be scored on their three courses by series judges PETE EVANS, MANU FEILDEL, and guest chefs KAREN MARTINI, GUY GROSSI, TOBY PUTTOCK and LIZ EGAN.
S02:E32 - Episode 32
It's semi-final 2 at Kitchen HQ and tonight two teams battle it out for the last spot in the Grand Final. Its seris underdogs kane and lee vs the kitchen friction couple Anne-Marie and Nick who give it their all in a three course battle to the finish line. Teams will be scored on their three courses by series judges PETE EVANS, MANU FEILDEL, and guest chefs KAREN MARTINI, GUY GROSSI, TOBY PUTTOCK and LIZ EGAN.
S02:E33 - Episode 33
It's the Grand Final and tonight two teams meet to decide whose kitchen really does rule. With $100,000 in prize money on the line our finalists are stretched to breaking point as they face their toughest test yet. Teams must produce a record five courses (100 servings per team) for a FULL restaurant including series judges PETE EVANS, MANU FEILDEL, and guest chefs KAREN MARTINI, GUY GROSSI, TOBY PUTTOCK and LIZ EGAN.
