At the antiques market, Gon discovers a foolproof way to appraise valuable items

Gon and the others plan to raise the money they need by collecting the bounties placed on the Troupe.

The Phantom Troupe captures Gon and Killua.

Kurapika's desire to destroy the Phantom Troupe gets him recruited into a newly formed team of assassins.

Zeno and Silva of the legendary Zoldyck family of assassins arrive to eliminate the Phantom Troupe.

The leader of the Phantom Troupe is dead. The sudden news shocks Kurapika, who heads to the auction site in disbelief, determined to confirm it for himself.

Gon, Killua, Kurapika and Leorio finally reunite. Kurapika recounts the events that have occurred and reveals his new Nen ability. Killua fears for Kurapika’s safety after he remembers someone in the Phantom Troupe can read memories. Chrollo uses Neon’s Nen power to predict the future of each member of the Phantom Troupe

Just as Chrollo’s fortune predicted, Hisoka is suspected of betraying the troupe. Meanwhile, Kurapika learns that the Phantom Troupe is still alive. He teams up with his friends to capture Pakunoda.

Chrollo tries to discover Kurapika’s whereabouts by using readily available information on Neon. Killua, who’s keeping an eye on the Phantom Troupe’s hideout, meets up with Melody and learns that the Troupe is headed for the hotel where Kurapika is staying.

The Phantom Troupe finds out that Kurapika is the one who killed Uvogin. It will only be a matter of time before they also discover that Gon, Killua, and Kurapika are friends. Suddenly, there’s a power outage. Gon and Killua try to escape amidst the confusion, but the Phantom Troupe realizes that Chrollo is nowhere to be seen.

Kurapika has captured Chrollo and negotiates an exchange for Gon and Killua with Pakunoda.

The auction for the game Greed Island finally begins.

Gon and Killua join the tryouts to become Greed Island players

Gon and Killua enter the world of Greed Island in hopes of finding Ging, but all they find is a message left by him.

Gon and Killua head for Masadora, the City of Magic, in search of spell cards.

Biscuit announces to Gon and Killua that she will be their teacher.

Gon and Killua wrap up their training, while the Bomber appears before the players who had formed an alliance.

Gon continues to hone his special ability by using the Enhancer, Emitter and Transmuter aura types

Killua passes the Hunter Exam on his second attempt and returns to the game. Once reunited, Gon, Killua and Biscuit begin collecting cards steadily.

Gon and his friends meet the pirate boss Razor, but are overwhelmed by his power.

Gon and his friends team up with Hisoka and Goreinu to challenge Razor again. Also helping out is Team Tsezguerra.

Gon comes up with a plan to beat Razor, and it requires Killua's help.

Gon, Killua and Hisoka face Razor head on, and a winner will finally be crowned in this dodge ball showdown!

Tsezguerra suggests that Gon and his friends should continue training while his team distracts Genthru.

Tsezguerra's group does not return to the game and a one-on-one battle ensues, with Gon taking on Genthru, Killua battling Sub and Biscuit taking on Bara.

Gon is overwhelmed by Genthru's power, but he isn't backing down.

Gon and his friends finally defeat Genthru and collect 99 trading cards

Using cards brought back from the game, Gon and Killua head out to meet someone who they hope is Ging.

Gon and Killua decide to join Kite and his team in their research mission gathering information on the Chimera Ants.

Kite has narrowed down the location of the Chimera Ants.

Gon and his friends enter the NGL. Meanwhile, the Chimera Ants have started going through surprising changes.

The Chimera Ants have acquired weapons after attacking Gyro, the shadow leader of the NGL underground. As the situation worsens, Gon and his friends receive Ponzu’s message.

Gon and his friends come face-to-face with Chimera Ants for the first time and are frightened by their speed and power. Kite tells them that if they can’t fight, they need to go home.

The Chimera Ants become increasingly vicious after eating the members of the NGL underground. Meanwhile, a Chimera Ant gets close to unlocking their Nen ability.

The Hunter Association sets out to eliminate the Chimera Ants, while Gon and his friends become the targets of a squad of Chimera Ants who seek to eat something rare.

Hagya attacks Gon, Killua and Kite. Meanwhile, the first of the Queen’s Royal Guards is about to be born.

Kite, Gon and Killua continue using Nen to follow Hagya to the Chimera Ant’s nest. But right before they get to the castle, Kite is cornered by Neferpitou, the firstborn of the Queen’s Royal Guards.

Gon and Killua vow to get stronger so they can return and rescue Kite. But in order to return to the NGL, they must fulfill the condition set forth by Chairman Netero, the leader of the extermination team.

Even though they are intimidated by Knuckle, Gon and Killua proceed with Biscuit’s training.

Gon and Killua are exhausted after their fight with Knuckle as the second assassin, Shoot, lies in wait. Meanwhile, the unborn King grows bigger in the Queen’s belly.

Knuckle points out to Gon that there are flaws in his ultimate technique, the Ja Jan Ken. Knuckle targets that flaw and attacks repeatedly while Gon has no way to counterattack.

Killua faces Shoot while Gon takes on Knuckle. Just when Gon thought he succeeded in sensing Knuckle with his aura, Knuckle’s actual Nen ability appears and surprises him.

The Chimera Ant King is born. The Three Royal Guards, Pitou, Pouf and Youpi, kneel down to respectfully welcome him, but by doing so they signal the end of their allegiance to the Queen.

Colt surrenders and seeks the help of the extermination team to help the dying Queen. Upon hearing this, Netero immediately sends out a Chimera Ant research team to the Queen’s castle.

The King captures the palace of the Republic of East Gorteau. Meanwhile, after losing to Knuckle and Shoot, Gon and Killua return home to Palm.

While Gon is on his date with Palm, Killua encounters Rammot in the forest. Just when their battle is about to begin, Killua hears his brother’s voice in his head, telling him to run away.

Knuckle and Morel appear to be overwhelmed by the speed of Cheetu’s attacks, but they have a chance at victory. Knuckle smiles and says they have intelligence and experience on their side, as Morel exhales white smoke that surrounds all three of them.

Kalluto, Feitan, Shalnark, Phinks, Shizuku, and Bonolenov meet in Meteor City, the home of the Phantom Troupe. They have returned after getting the news that the Chimera Ant, Zazan, has built her nest in their city.

The members of the Phantom Troupe go to Zazan’s nest to defeat her. The Troupe splits up to confront Zazan’s minions individually. As they battle, each member of the Troupe reveals their secret ability.

Gon and Killua arrive in a village in East Gorteau but find no trace of the inhabitants. They find and follow bloodstains out of a house only to discover corpses dug up by wild dogs. Killua reveals to Gon that he’s realized the true purpose of the national celebration...

A pair of Chimera Ants appears and hunts Gon under the cover of night, overwhelming him with their attacks. Feeling that things are at a standstill, he gathers up his Nen and prepares to throw a punch.

Knuckle and Shoot are lying in wait for Cheetu. But just as Cheetu is about to approach them, he suddenly changes direction and disappears. Meanwhile, Killua and Gon sense that someone is following them again.

The assassin Ikalgo, an octopus-type Chimera Ant, attacks Killua with his Nen Abilities. Killua captures him and tells Ikalgo that he’ll let him live if he divulges his ally’s abilities.
