S01:E08 - 30 Min Abs & Glutes Focused Mat Pilates With Weights
This mat pilates routine focuses on the abs and glutes. Strengthen your core, sculpt your lower body, and trim down your midsection with a set of challenging floor exercises. A pair of light weights is optional if you'd like to give yourself an extra challenge. You can use canned food or water bottles if you don't have weights handy.

This mat pilates routine can be done with or without weights. You can also substitute weights for canned food or water bottles. Whether you use dumbbells or just your body weight, you will get a super effective total body sculpting session!
