Floopaloo, Where Are You?

The organic blueberries from Beryl's garden have all been eaten! Matt and Lisa find out that the thief is... a cute little rabbit! The two cousins are dumbfounded. They realize that the bunny has a magic power: every time he is petted, time is accelerated. | Ignatius takes the kids fishing. Everyone is bored stiff except Greta who is happy as a lark and decides to play some classical music to attract the fish.

During a forest outing, the kids come across a delightful little kitten... and to everybody's surprise, it jumps instantly into Bryan's arms, purring and cuddling contentedly. The kids are startled that such a cute little creature is drawn to someone with such, shall we say, powerful body odour... | Beryl is worried about the snails that have invaded her vegetable garden. The kids on the other hand have invented a super new game : at meal time, they bet their deserts on snail races!

Malik returns from the forest with a strange, sticky resin stuck all over his sneakers. He blames it on his habitual bad luck, but he quickly discovers that the resin has some pretty interesting qualities too: Malik who is usually so clumsy is now able to walk up tree trunks and even hang from the ceiling! | The adults have organized the Camp Olympics! Bryan and Matt challenge each other and Lisa, for once, will play the role of reporter. Ignatius runs them through "old school" training.

All the children are yawning their heads off, they're barely half awake!The kids realise that Floopaloo has entered a 'Big Sleep' phase : this means she could sleep for MONTHS without interruption. But the longer Floopaloo sleeps, the more contagious sleep becomes! Floopaloo MUST be revived, and FAST, or else the entire camp will be snoring for months! |During a game of hide and seek, Matt and Lisa discover a bear asleep in the camp's pantry. It's the famous Gigabear, the biggest of all the bears in the forest. But unfortunately the Gigabear has a particular quirk that may turn out to be disastrous: the hungrier he is the bigger he gets!

Full moon tonight... and Ignatius makes the most of the occasion to treat the kids to a violin concerto. But all at once, the moonlight goes out! The grownups think it's a lunar eclipse, but the kids know better. They sneak into the forest to find out what the reason is... | While wandering inside Ignatius' workshop, Bryan stumbles across a magnificent boomerang. But before long, the boomerang soars into the top of one of the dried out tree in the forest and gets stuck. Retrieving it looks like hard work - the trees seem to have a life of their own!

Bryan teases Lisa about her Sioux origins. Annoyed, Lisa makes him believe that she has inherited certain special gifts from her granny and that she can predict the future. | In the middle of hide and seek, Bryan and Ignatius catch fleas... only these are SPECIAL fleas. They instantly transmit their encyclopaedic knowledge to their host. Bryan and Ignatius fling themselves into a series of competitive inventions to establish which of the two is the more intelligent. These inventions are excessively tiresome, without mentioning horribly itchy fleabites... getting worse and worse.

While hiking through the forest, Matt gets pricked by a bramble bush and WHAM! he suddenly finds himself smack in the middle of Malik's dream, where the latter is juggling with superhuman agility. |During a forest hike with the children, Annette unfortunately stumbles into a clearing where gravity is entirely different- everyone floats! She decides to hurry back to camp, to share this amazing discovery with Beryl et Ignatius. The children freak: how can they stop Annette from revealing the secrets of Surprise Valley?

Greta is vexed. When told her hair is looks like a wild bush, she's a little nasty about that particular bush... and it immediately takes her prisoner! Meanwhile the other children are busy disguising themselves as plants for the show planned that evening. |While kicking around a soccer ball, Malik breaks the window of Ignatius' cabin, but no one saw him do it! When the furious camp superintendent runs out of his cabin, he stumbles on Matt who he thinks is the guilty party. Malik tries to confess his fault, but since no one listens to him, he doesn't insist. Lisa and Matt are going to lead an investigation in order to prove Matt's innocence.

One morning, Ignatius shows up in his mushroom secret plot and discovers that some animal has eaten his entire crop! Ignatius starts looking for the guilty party when suddenly, he stumbles on... something really weid. |Everyone is outside to watch shooting stars. Suddenly a big luminous streak appears in the sky: a meteorite, which falls right in the forest and it appears to have ignited a fire!

Beryl organises a Most Delicious Fruit Pie Contest. In her Boolk of Secrets, Lisa reads about a clearing where 'extra-light berries' grow. The children go there and pick blackberries... but they fly off as soon as their picked! |Nothing better than 100% organic fertilizer for making your garden grow! Matt and Bryan are the first to discover its amazing effect: the tomatoes start growing right in front of their very eyes but they also start talking! The kids are going to have to discreetly organize the escape of their new friends...

Bryan hasn't washed for two weeks now and the waves of stink he gives off are absolutely atrocious! Under Lisa's leadership, the kids organize a 'commando operation', armed with soap and shower gel. Bu their target is very stubborn and resistant! | The kids are very excited at being able to spend the night outside! But early the next morning, they have a rather shocking surprise: during the night, the river has flooded and the bridge that connected them to the mainland has been washed away!

The two cousins discover a lake filled with the most incredibly pure water they have ever seen. Matt stares at his reflection for a beat and then cups his hands and drinks. Only seconds after the kids have turned to leave, Matt's reflection comes to life! |Lisa is running after Squeak. She finally catches up with him at the foot of a strange tree whose bell-shaped flowers drop down onto their heads and cover them in a bluish glow. When the light disappears, they realize that their bodies have been exchanged!

To celebrate Greta's birthday, the kids decide to organize a secret party in the dorms. Matt sits down on an ant hill and the leader of the army of ants starts talking to Matt! The ants are going to help our friends get rid of the adults during the surprise party...but what the kids didn't count on was that the ants have decided to crash the party too! |Annette suggests that the kids put on a circus show. Malik dreams of juggling but he is way too clumsy. Lisa goes into the valley to pick a special fruit that allow to become a juggling ace. She gives them to Malik, but Matt is jealous though. He swore he wouldn't use any of the forest's magical resources for his magic circus act but no way is he going to deprive himself of all that magic now! Let's just wait and see whose circus number is the most amazing of all...

A soon as Beryl compliments Ignatius for some reason or other the latter immediately loses his composure and often, it's the kids who suffer from it. The twins explain to everyone that Ignatius' awkwardness stems from the fact that he is secretly in love with Beryl. | Annoyed by a remark the twins have made concerning his total lack of talent as a reporter, Matt decides he will dig up a super scoop for them: a photo of Ignatius and Beryl kissing! Unfortunately, it's not easy to get two such shy people close to each other...

On his way back from the 'Discovery' workshop, Malik has brought a very strange thing along with him: it looks kind of like a cross between a spider's web and cotton. For Malik it is the most beautiful thing in the world! Thanks to the secret notebook, Matt and Lisa finally understand that Malik's 'thing' is none other than the Floopaloo's scarf! | Mail is handed out. Matt receives a mysterious packet of cookies, which he shares with Squeak. Lisa's envelope is from Wapi-Teresa, and contains a sort of treasure map, indicating the precise spot where she lost a bracelet 50 years ago...

The twins are scandalized. Bryan has borrowed their makeup brush in order to clean the wheels on his skateboard! Malik suggests that they settle their dispute in front of the wisdom tree, like they do in Mali. The kids head off to find the giant lime tree. | Lisa has picked the most incredible seed up off the forest floor. It begins to grow as soon as it 'hears' laughter and the fruit it bears is none other than... candy!

Everyone at camp is getting ready to go for a hike, except Ignatius who claims that he has to finish doing the accounts. On their way to join the others, the cousins suddenly hear strange sounds coming from the kitchen. They rush in and see Ignatius who is secretly preparing a surprise dish... | Beryl decides to install a beehive in camp, so they can make their own honey. No sooner has the hive been installed, Matt and Lisa can't help noticing that Beryl, Ignatius and Annette are acting really bizarre. Lisa learns that these must be 'lazybees' who hypnotise people with their particular hum... Bryan is the only one unaffected, he's going to have to fool the Queen to set his friends free!

Ignatius is beside himself with anger and confusion: someone has stolen several tools from his shed - although it was firmly locked! The kids are puzzled: what if it was Floopaloo? |Squeak unearths a big truffle at the foot of an oak tree. Ignatius is in seventh heaven, he is sure the truffle is worth a fortune, enough money to get all the repairs done and make things look like new in the camp. All of the kids activities are now replaced with a new game: truffle hunting!

Bryan drives Ignatius so totally crazy that the latter screams to him that if it's going to be like that, why doesn't he take his place and he, Ignatius, will go on vacation. So there! When Beryl hears this she immediately thinks that it's a very good idea, from a pedagogical point of view that is. Today's activity is going to be 'let's change roles !'. | Bryan puts paint in Ignatius's whistle. When the superintendent uses his whistle to call the kids, he ends up spraying paint all over his face. Super annoyed, Ignatius storms out of the camp and heads into the forest to meditate. At first, the kids are ecstatic, but they quickly realize that the camp is not the same without their discipline fanatic around.

After having used fertilizer he made from a recipe found in the secret notebook, Bryan, who hasn't washed his hands, suddenly starts to grow very fast... Annette discovers a very handsome young man where little Bryan was just seconds ago! |As usual, Bryan pretends that he is actually washing himself in the shower. But this time, Matt has planned a little surprise for him: he sprays him with a special soap he made following one of the recipes in Lisa's secret notebook. But when Bryan comes out of the shower, he is invisible and no one can hear him either!

When Lisa and Matt realize that they have set up camp in a magic clearing where the sun never sets, they and their friends are going to have to do everything possible so that the adults don't figure out what is happening... |Ignatius is beside himself with excitement: weather conditions are ideal for the Camp's annual hike to Red Rock! And where does Floopaloo lie in the sun? On Red Rock, of course! Lisa is worried: uh oh, no way can those big people catch sight of the Floopaloo. Only one way round this: she has to sabotage Ignatius' expedition...

The kid participate in a watercolour workshop, during which the twins claim loud and clear that 'transparency is OLD HAT'. Uh oh. The river overhears this, and is deeply offended. It decides to turn opaque: first solid blue, pink... and then, every colour in the rainbow! Floopaloo stops the source to prevent the grownups from noticing the river's colourful capriciousness, drying up the camp's supply. |Bryan is showing off with the super kite he made all by himself. Suddenly, the wind disappears causing the kite to hurtle down to the ground. While searching, the kids discover a big rock wall with what looks like a door carved into it. Now this is quite a revelation: the wind in the valley is in fact just a breeze provoked by a crack in the door... the Wind Door!

Something bizarre is going on. Anf that means BIZARRE! A giant bubble has settled over the camp, preventing anyone from leaving. Floopaloo must be behind this! The kids do everything they can to persuade Floopaloo to remove the bubble... before the grownups realise what's happening! |Greta has a terrible secret to hide and to make sure she won't tell anybody, she decides to talk as little as possible. Lisa tells her that the first inhabitants of the valley used to go bury their secrets on one of the hills nearby. When they get to the top, Greta buries her secret and immediately starts feeling lighter! But as soon as the wind starts blowing, they can hear a cacophony of all the secrets buried under the grass!

Beryl has organized a big "let's-clean-up-the-forest" day with the kids. At the end of the day, sitting in front of her door, she finds a cute little ferret, which she immediately adopts. What she doesn't know is that this is none other than the 5-spotted ferret, and that each spot corresponds to a wish that is granted as soon as it is spoken out loud! |During a forest outing, Matt finds a great big egg and decides to carry it back to camp. But later, Matt sees that the shell has cracked open and no sign of the newly-hatched creature! He runs off to tell his friends, and trips on a bump in the ground that wasn't there before. A solid lump of earth that suddenly starts moving - acting like a new-born animal! And apparently, the lump is convinced that Matt is Mommy!

Annette has disappeared! Beryl and Ignatius are in a state of panic when the kids discover strange footprints near her cabin... They hope it is not the 'Grumpy Moaner', a creature that haunts the forest. Lisa rolls her eyes: a mysterious creature that haunts the forest, doesn't that remind you of anything?! The Grumpy Moaner is what the adults call the... Floopaloo! |The kids find a compass among Beryl's old castaways. Ignatius decides to impress the campers, and leads them on a hike to a lake, using the compass as a guide. However, he has no idea how to use it... and before long they're totally lost!

The twins read their daily horoscope, and learn that they're destined to make an VERY special encounter today, by the water, deep in the heart of nature. The two girls start fantasizing, and ask Beryl and Ignatius to take them on the lake. Beryl takes out an inflatable canoe she'd packed inside Ignatius' bag... and suggests they all picnic on the big rocky island in the middle of the lake. Lisa and Matt set off first, but soon realise that is no island... that's the sleeping creature's rocky back! | Disaster strikes camp: freezer breaks down, in the middle of a heat wave! Bryan learns about a 'Cold Stone' - something the Floopaloo uses to cool off when heat-waves strike. Bryan sets off, deep in the forest, and finds the stone, which he brings back to camp, and places inside the freezer. It works SO well that the camp has fallen under an inexplicably cold spell!
