Police officers Van Ray and Deaqon "Deaq" Hayes go undercover to pursue the worst criminals in L.A. They get help from Billie Chambers, their contact within the police department.

Van and Deaq encounter a trio of female jewel thieves who destroy a sports car from the Candy Store. The cops pose as wealthy jewel buyers, but the operation soon goes awry.

Van and Deaq are sent to infiltrate a gang of Russian mobsters. The partners must also stop the contents of a dangerous shipment from entering the United States.
